Rapid Line Cleaning Services, LLC

By booking or receiving service from Rapid Line Cleaning Services, LLC (“Rapid Line,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms. These terms ensure transparency, fairness, and protection for both parties.

1. Scope of Services

We provide residential, commercial, Airbnb, move-in/out, and pressure washing services. Pricing is based on square footage, layout, and reported condition. Additional fees may apply based on actual property condition or layout upon inspection. The minimum charge for any service is $100.

2. Property Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the property at the time of service. If our team is unable to enter, a $50 lockout fee will apply.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately after service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • A $30 late fee applies after 48 hours.

  • An additional $30 late fee applies every 7 calendar days thereafter.

  • Accounts unpaid after 21 days may be suspended, sent to collections, or pursued legally.

4. Complaint & Re-Clean Policy

Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of service. We may offer a re-clean at no additional charge. Refunds are not guaranteed. After 24 hours, the service is considered accepted.

5. Damage & Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Fragile or unsecured items

  • Issues caused by poor property maintenance

  • Pet-related damage or incidents

Claims due to staff negligence must be submitted within 24 hours and may be resolved by repair, replacement, or reimbursement at depreciated value.

6. Pets, Children & Safety

Clients must ensure that pets and children are secured during service. We are not responsible for escapes, injuries, or accidents caused by unsecured animals or unsafe environments.

7. Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A $40 fee applies to same-day cancellations. Excessive cancellations may result in termination of recurring service discounts or scheduling priority.

8. Delays & Emergencies

We are not responsible for delays or missed appointments due to weather, traffic, illness, or other uncontrollable events. We will reschedule your service as soon as possible.

9. Supplies & Equipment

We supply all necessary cleaning tools and products unless otherwise agreed. If the client requests we use their products, we are not liable for product-related outcomes.

10. Contractor Use

We hire trained, insured independent contractors. Rapid Line is not responsible for any actions taken by contractors outside the agreed scope of service.

11. Photos & Documentation

We may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and dispute resolution. These are kept private unless you provide written permission for public use.

12. Recurring Service Discounts

Recurring discounts begin only after two completed cleanings and confirmation of an ongoing cleaning plan. Discounts apply to the base cleaning cost only. Missed or canceled appointments may cancel discount eligibility.

13. Payment Methods & Stored Cards

Clients may store a card on file for recurring services. We will notify you prior to any charge. All payment information is stored securely and processed through trusted payment platforms.

14. Non-Solicitation of Cleaners

Clients may not solicit, hire, or privately contract any Rapid Line cleaner outside of our business for a period of six months following service. Violations will result in a $1,000 fee per contractor and may lead to legal action.

15. Surveillance Acknowledgment

Clients acknowledge that surveillance systems may be active at the service location. Rapid Line is not responsible for recordings captured by client-owned systems.

16. Key & Lockbox Access

Clients providing access via keys, lockboxes, or door codes do so at their own risk. We maintain strict handling procedures but are not liable for any theft or property issues arising from access methods.

17. Holiday Surcharges

A surcharge of $40–$75 may apply to services scheduled on federal holidays. You will be notified in advance and may reschedule without penalty.

18. Privacy Policy

We collect only basic client information (name, phone, email, address) to manage services and communication. We do not share, rent, or sell personal data to third parties.

Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms listed above. Disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Nevada.
